Event coverage is planned around the moments that matter to you. The running order and the moments you want captured are agreed before the day, the event is filmed as it happens, then the footage is edited and colour graded into a finished highlight video.
Depending on the package, the same footage is also cut down into vertical clips for Instagram and TikTok, so you have something to post as well as something to keep.

Event coverage starts from £100 for Event Mini, £175 for Event Half Day, £250 for Event Full and £350 for Event Extended.
These are starting package prices. Exact pricing can vary depending on location, event or project requirements and additional deliverables.
Where we travel
Based near Telford and covering the West Midlands — including Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Coventry and the surrounding towns. Travel further across England is available with an increased travel fare, agreed before the booking is confirmed.
If you're not sure whether your venue is within the covered area, send the location through with your enquiry and it will be confirmed with your quote.

Contract + Deposit
Once you've approved the quote, you'll receive your client agreement. A 50% deposit is normally required to secure the booking.

We bring the agreed production plan to life.

Edit + Delivery
Your video is professionally edited, colour graded and delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround.
Submitting the enquiry form does not automatically confirm a booking. Your date is not confirmed until your booking has been accepted, the agreement has been completed and the required deposit has been received.
