Terms / client agreement.
This page is a plain-English outline of how bookings work. It is not legal advice and does not replace the client agreement issued before a shoot.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form does not confirm a booking or a date. Your date is not confirmed until your booking has been accepted, the agreement has been completed and the required deposit has been received.
The client agreement
The full client agreement is issued separately after a quote has been approved. Submitting an enquiry is not the same as accepting that agreement.
Pricing
All advertised prices are “from” prices. These are starting package prices. Exact pricing can vary depending on location, event or project requirements and additional deliverables.
Deposit and balance
A 50% deposit is normally required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery and revisions
Standard delivery is 7–14 working days after the shoot, provided all required music, files, instructions and approvals have been received. Revision allowances depend on the package; additional revisions are £30 per round.
Footage and usage
Raw, unedited footage is not included unless separately agreed in writing. Holmes.Visuals may use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client opts out before the shoot.
Locations, props and travel
Clients are generally responsible for arranging suitable locations and any required permissions, and for providing concept-specific props unless agreed otherwise. Travel outside the agreed filming area may incur an additional charge, agreed before the shoot.
