What we collect

When you submit a booking enquiry we collect the details you provide in the form: your name, artist name, email address, phone number, Instagram username, project and shoot details, preferred dates and any files you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

Enquiry information is used only to review your project, respond to you, prepare a quote and — if you go ahead — plan and deliver the production.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private database and uploaded files in private storage. Access requires authentication and is limited to Holmes.Visuals.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your enquiry data or ask for it to be deleted by emailing info@holmesvisuals.com. Submitting the form is voluntary and you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, a cookie notice and consent mechanism will be added alongside them.
